Dear Lord, let me bless your name for all your marvels you've shown through the people around me at the YES camp.

Dear Lord, let me bless Your name because...
...I am personally touched by the total dedication of people to serve you - Jeremy who came down to the YES camp straight after book-out, Mitch who came in faith above her lethargy from work, Mich Phipps who stayed because she knew it was the right thing to do, Juliana and Carol who persevered to your perfection in the multimedia sub-ministry, Ryan who always slept the latest and woke the earliest to ensure our safety and well-being, and the many facilitators who took a leap of faith into unchartered waters, in saying 'Yes' to your promptings.
...You have taught me once again the importance of 'letting go' - relying more on your wisdom/providence and less on my intellect - in all matters, from leading worship to facilitating Group 2, from worrying about what will happen in the next hour to living fully in what Brother Mike terms the 'actuality of out Faith' (living fully the glory of Christ in the present - by not being bogged down with the past, and not worrying about the future thereof).
...The people you sent to Group 2 - Alison (facil), Christianna, Rachel, Justin, David Phipps, and Nick Bong (and Burpy too!) - who were all so eager to touch your cloak that they were just filled with an indescribable glow on their face at the end; they have inspired me with their determination to seek You.
And so much more Lord. Phew.
So Lord, as I come down from the YES mountain, please give me a 'harness to repel down the mountain' (in Merv's words) and continue to fill me with the desire and discipline to seek you daily in the sacraments and prayer.

So exciting to read about how God rocked the house at YES Camp, He totally rocked YISS too. Seems like Serangoon was the place to be this past weekend; cuz He broke the bag of blessings over the Serangoon district.
