Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), and Adversity Quotient (AQ).
What about Spiritual Quotient (SQ)?
O Lord, i am sometimes ashamed to admit that i used to think you were merely a pathological trick of the mind, nothing but a mental function.
But you've shown me otherwise, repeatedly.
That in the mystery of the Faith, You are -real-.
I love it when you reveal yourself so tangibly, the direct product of your grace in the workings of our daily happenings.
How can it be that, Desmond, Jo and myself, so diverse in backgrounds, age, and working styles, can come together and have such a smooth and fruitful first meeting together if we hadn't prayed for your guidance before we started brainstorming for the Balai teaching mission? Phew, it was Your hands that moved among us!
The group's SQ was definitely attuned to the submittance to your awe and glory.
'May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus.' - Romans 15:5
And when i see the beauty of it all, of the successful outcome of the first meeting, of the grandeur of the universe around me, i see Your guiding presence in all of it.
Lord, i pray for perseverance in serving You, because You are the only thing that matters in my 'pilgrimage on earth.'

Thanks for inviting us to witness and share that important milestone in your life. Truly inspiring how God has led you through all the difficult and seemingly impossible times in e elite force of the SAF! i'm sure many of these soldiering skills can be put to great use in kingdom building as we soldier on for God!

In retrospect, how apt it is that all of us guys are 'forced' to go through NS and then we have the option of choosing to use the skills and attitudes we have gained from the jungles to soldier on for Christ!!!

once we finished our training, God moulding us to be fully who we were created to be..when we have fulfilled our missions(training objectives) He has set out for us, then we will ORD into the heavenly reserves!
